About This Clinic
You will find us at 150 Eglinton Avenue East, a short walk east of Yonge Street in midtown Toronto. The clinic is close to home for families in Mount Pleasant West, Davisville Village and Chaplin Estates, and an easy trip for people coming from Lawrence Park, Leaside or Forest Hill.
This clinic offers X-ray, general and vascular ultrasound, and pregnancy scans through prenatal screening. For any of these, bring a valid Ontario requisition signed by your doctor, nurse practitioner or midwife. A few exams can be booked on a self-pay basis instead; our call centre can tell you whether yours is one of them.

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome for X-ray any time the clinic is open: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm; Saturday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Bring your signed requisition and Ontario health card. Other exams are by appointment.

Do I need a requisition?
For OHIP-covered exams, yes. We accept a valid requisition from any licensed Ontario healthcare provider, on any form, from any clinic or hospital.
Is my exam covered by OHIP, and what if I do not have OHIP?
With a valid requisition, OHIP covers the exams offered here in full: no co-payment and nothing to claim back. Without OHIP you pay the price on our cash fee schedule, for example $85 for a chest X-ray and $145 for an abdominal ultrasound (October 2026, HST exempt).
